Creative Practice: Explore with Sarah Blanc

Tue 17 Nov
Online (Zoom)

Join Sarah Blanc, Lead Artist for The Lab, for a practical online session exploring movement, creativity and individual ways of working.

The session will begin with an introduction to Sarah’s practice, followed by a warm-up and a series of movement tasks that can be explored seated or standing, with space to adapt, respond and work in a way that feels right for you.

The session will focus on curiosity and exploration, giving you time to notice what interests you and explore how your own movement ideas might develop.

You will also leave with a simple creative task or prompt to continue exploring in your own time after the session.

Tickets are £8. The Lab members can access this event for free. Join The Lab
