Producer (Learning & Engagement)
Louisa's main responsibilities at Candoco are developing, producing and supporting the practical delivery of Candoco's learning, training and artist development work.
She joined Candoco in the summer of 2022 as the company’s Access Coordinator. Louisa was drawn to the company’s learning programme, leading her to undertake secondment as a Junior Producer. This experience ultimately led to her moving into a full-time role as Producer (Learning & Engagement).
