Emma Wee
Emma Wee is Co-Lead of Performance, Commissions and Advocacy at Candoco, a performance designer and director with over three decades of experience across theatre, opera and dance, and an experienced neurodiversity coach.
Drawing on her creative background and her own lived experience of neurodiversity, Emma takes a flexible, person-centred approach to coaching. She supports people to better understand how their brains work, recognise their strengths, develop practical strategies and find ways of working that work for them.
Emma is passionate about the confidence, resilience and self-advocacy that can come from understanding your own neurodiversity. Rather than seeing neurodivergence through a deficit lens, her work focuses on helping people understand and embrace who they are.
Over the past 13 years, Emma has delivered more than 6,500 hours of coaching, supporting neurodivergent people across a wide range of organisations and sectors, including the NHS, Civil Service, FCO, PwC, EY, UNICEF and Bogle Bartle Hegarty and Ballet Rambert.
