Candoco Dance Company and British Youth Music Theatre have joined forces again, to work with 20 participants to co-create a live performance that will feature at the outdoor Day of Dance in Peckham Library Square.

Burst! is a week-long music and dance project including:

• 4 days of working together to create, choreograph and compose the movement and sound at Mountview.
• Performing at Candoco’s annual Day of Dance on Saturday 10th August 2024, in Peckham Library Square.

No experience in dance, movement or music is necessary – just an interest, an open mind and a willingness to explore in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment.

We have 20 places for disabled and non-disabled young people who want to take part. We reserve 50% of the places for Peckham residents and/or those who identify as disabled. So, if you’re 16-25 years old – or over 25 and young at heart, we would love to hear from you! Burst! is completely free but spaces are limited, so you do need to register your interest through the online form in the link below.
