Head of Access and Equity

Candoco Dance Company is currently recruiting for a new role within our staff team - the Head of Access and Equity. This role will work toward making Candoco a more inclusive and welcoming place, where everyone belongs.

The Head of Access and Equity will work on establishing Candoco as a case study for systemic change and forward-thinking access.
Tasked with leading on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), they will work to embed inclusive practices, dynamic governance, and holistic approaches to access across the organisation.

One important aspect of this role will be to lead on our upcoming research and training project: Systems Leadership.

This is a fixed-term role, made possible through generous funding from the Disability Justice Fund and Paul Hamlyn Foundation.

DETAILS

Role: Head of Access and Equity

Type of contract: Part Time | Fixed-term contract to May 2027

Salary: £ 43,500 per annum, pro rata
