What else do we offer:

The final week of Company Class will run alongside ArtistLab – a series of four afternoon workshops for artists and dance practitioners with vocational or professional experience. These sessions offer the opportunity to explore choreographic processes and engage with diverse perspectives on art-making. ArtistLab takes place from 1-4  pm on Monday 24, Tuesday 25, Thursday 27, and Friday 28 November 2025.

Company Class Leading Artists:

Anna Seymour
Anna’s class explores different movement approaches to connect with body, mind and spirit. Anna will use tasks rooted in imagery and somatic practices to create fire and energy in the body. In some sessions, Anna may also share some of her research on the hierarchy of spoken and sign languages in dance, as well as some choreographic approaches from her recent work ‘Resist’, created with Deaf dancer Raffie Julien. This class will be delivered in BSL with spoken English voiceover.

Annie Edwards
Annie’s class uses improvisation scores to empower participants and help them be present with their bodies in a non-judgmental and curious manner. Through pain-informed practices, the class encourages exploring what our bodies can do rather than pushing away from them. You can expect ideas around repetition, continuous movement, rest, and exchange with others.

James Olivo
James’ class will guide you through improvisation to discover honesty in what we want and need to express, while fostering connection and togetherness. The class encourages having fun and enjoying both our own dancing and that of others, as we explore more deeply the possibilities of our bodies and their practices.

Temitope Ajose
Temi’s class focuses on proximity and the space in-between – whether between one’s own limbs, the space between bodies or within the room’s architecture. Expect detail, flow and connection.

Amy Butler
Amy’s class incorporates a variety of techniques and styles and invites participants to explore a wide range of movement principles and dynamics. The class moves from the somatic to the athletic, and encourages the body to find new textures and coordinations. Musicality and rhythmic elements are featured throughout
