Candoco Dance Company is an Arts Award Supporter, meaning our programmes and activities can help young people complete their Arts Award. We hope our Supporter Offer can help with all levels of Arts Award; whether you are starting off with Discover or stepping up to Gold.

‘Candoco Dance Company is committed to supporting any young person working towards an Arts Award at any level. The flexibility of Arts Award means no young person is excluded and we are excited that our activities can contribute to this. We hope young people will find our offer an exciting one.’
– Hannah Dye, Learning Producer

What We Offer

Candoco Dance Company performs across the country in theatres, festivals and outdoors so keep an eye on our Events List for forthcoming shows. Why not review a show and send it to us and we might consider adding it to our website!

Post Show Talks
We often run post show talks after performances when you can meet Candoco dancers and find out more about the pieces of dance you have just seen.

Meet the dancers and Candoco Staff
On special occasions we can arrange private Q&A’s with Candoco dancers and staff. You can find out about their career paths, discuss your views and you might even meet your arts hero or heroine!

Youth Dance Classes*
We run weekly dance classes for disabled and non-disabled young people aged 13-25 in London. Taking part in this arts activity can easily contribute to your Arts Award. Find out more.

Book a full day or half-day dance workshop with professional Candoco Artists. You can practically experience a contemporary dance workshop in your school/ youth club, learn contemporary technique, make your own movement material and finish off with a Q&A.
